Verdict Text:
The court ruled in attendance of all defendants except no.s 17, 20, 21, 25, 28, 35, 45, 47, 48, and 51
First:
to punish the following defendants no. 1,5,20 of life sentence and to be subjected under police surveillance for 5 years and obliged them to pay criminal expenses
Second:
To punish the following defendants 7, 30, 38 of aggravated imprisonment for 10 years and obliged them to pay criminal expenses
Third:
to punish the defendant no. 40 with aggravated imprisonment for 10 years and a fine of 50 thousands L.E. and obliging him to pay the criminal expenses
Fourth:
To punish the following defendants from 2 – 16 and 20, 23, 24, 27, 28 with name correction (Abdul Nabi Salah Mabrouk) with aggravated imprisonment for 7 years obliging them to pay criminal expenses
Fifth:
the acquittal of the following defendants no.s 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 26, and from no. 29 to 36 and no. 39 and from 41 to 50
sixth:
the termination of the criminal suit for the 51st for his death
Seventh:
Confiscation of the firearms and the main parts of the weapons and the bullets and the drugs and equipments seized
Eighth:
the referral of the two civil suits to the competent court
