Accusations | 1– From the first to the ninth
The leadership of a group established contrary to the provisions of the law and the constitution
As the first and fifth took responsibility of the sub-committee in north and east Cairo.
The rest are responsible for the armed group emanating from that committee of the Central Committee, founded by leaders of the Brotherhood and loyalists.
2– From 1 to 8, 22, 27 to 30 and 45 to 48
They provided a group established contrary to the provisions of the law with material and financial aid.
3. The accused is 40 and 44 to 48
Joining a group was established contrary to the provisions of the law and the constitution.
4– From X to 32
They joined a group established contrary to the provisions of the law to join armed groups.
5– From 33 to 37, 46 and 47
They participated in a group founded contrary to the provisions of the law.
6– From 3 to 25 and 38 to 47
They participated and others in a gathering of more than five people.
They have carried out the following crimes for the intended purpose of the gathering with full knowledge :
Parading force and threatening with violence –
Killed with others, victims identified by the investigations deliberately and premeditated and prepared for that purpose firearms and rifles –
Initiate the killing of the victims described in the investigations –
They deliberately destroyed movables they did not possess.
7, 2, 3, 8, 10, 12, 13, 26, 27, 33, 34, 36, 44, and 48 obtained and obtained explosives without obtaining a permit.
From the first to the fourth, from the ninth to the fifteenth, the 27th, the 28th, the 33rd and the 36th, they obtained and acquired firearms and ammunition.
9, 1, 2, 8, 13, 16, 26, 27, 33, 36, 44, and 45 obtained and obtained unarmed firearms and obtained and acquired ammunition.
10. The 25 obtained key parts of a firearm.
