First: rejecting the claim that the court is not competent in loyalty to consider the suits
Second: to accept the suits in form and the revocation of signing of the Egyptian representative on the agreement of determination of maritime borders between Egypt and Saudi Arabia in April 2016 including waiver of the two islands Tiran and Sanafir to Saudi Arabia with what results from this especially to keep these two islands among the land territory and the Egyptian borders and to keep the Egyptian sovereignty on them and banning changing their description in any form for any other country as stated and obliged the administrative body to pay expenses
