Terrorism was one of the means used by the group to carry out its purposes as described in the investigations.

(A) – Premeditated murder of Tareq Mustafa Mohammed al-Marjawi – a police colonel and assistant director of the Giza Investigation Department of the West Sector –

with full intention  determined to kill the police forces entrusted with securing the perimeter of Cairo University and in implementation of their plan they prepared for that purpose three high explosive devices connected to electronic circuits for detonating it remotely

They hid them near the places of concentration of police forces in the vicinity of the Cairo University and lie to them where they had already realized their presence,

When they detonated the explosive device, the fifth accused detonated the explosive device electronically using a mobile phone, causing the explosion to cause the loss of their lives. They then brought the injured person described in the autopsy report, who died as a result to the explosion.

The crime was committed for the purpose of terrorism as described in the investigations.

This crime was accompanied by another crime that preceded it, because at the same time and place they started killing the victim Abdul Raouf Fawzi Hamid Al-Sirafi, deputy police director of Giza security for the western sector, and the police forces in charge of securing the perimeter of Cairo University. That they intended to kill them and prepared for this purpose IEDs described in the previous charge and hid them near the places of concentration of those forces in the vicinity of the Cairo University and lie to them where they had already realized the presence of them and they reached them while the sixth accused brought an explosive device Using a mobile phone,

The impact of the crime has been disrupted because of their involuntary involvement, but because of saving  the wounded, providing them with medical treatment and saving others from the deadly explosion.

The crime was committed for the purpose of terrorism as described in the investigations.

The crime was also related to the accusation item (IV / A) with another crime,

In the same time and place, the aforementioned men began to kill the victim Ahmed Ibrahim El Desouki, head of the Giza Police Investigation Department, and the police forces accompanying him with premeditation and intentional intent to kill the police forces responsible for securing the perimeter of Cairo University. They prepared explosives described in the description of the previous charge and hid them near the places of concentration of police forces in the vicinity of Cairo University and lie to them where they had already realized the presence of them and they reached them until the fifth accused brought the third package electronically using a mobile phone and caused the explosion intended to take their lives,

The crime has been disrupted because of their involuntary desire to survive the deadly explosion. The crime was committed for the purpose of terrorism as described in the investigations.

They deliberately sabotaged buildings and public property belonging to government interests by detonating IEDs in the vicinity of Cairo University. They blew up two police stations in the vicinity and one of the cars owned by the Ministry of Interior. The crime was committed in order to terrorize the people and cause chaos.

They used explosive devices to endanger people’s lives by detonating the three explosive devices in the vicinity of Cairo University. The explosion caused the death of the victim Tariq Muhammad al-Marjawi and endangering the lives of the aforementioned victims as described in the investigations.

(D) They used explosives, which would endanger the properties of third parties by detonating the three explosive devices in the vicinity of Cairo University. The explosion caused damage to fixed and movable properties as described in the investigations.

Fifth:

The first accused also:

Participated in a way of incitement with the second, fifth and sixth defendants in the commission of crimes of murder and attempted sabotage and intentional use of explosives – the subject of the accusation contained in item IV – to incite them to commit,

They caused the explosion with the intention of killing them, and they brought with them the casualties described in the autopsy report, which killed them. The crime was committed for the purpose of terrorism.

The crime was accompanied by another crime, followed by the killing of Yahya Abdullah Sulaiman Abaza, a police colonel in the October Sector of Central Security, and the force accompanying him with premeditated intent.

That they intend to kill the police forces in charge of securing the perimeter of the Talbiya police station and set up another explosive device connected to an electronic circuit to detonate it. They hid it near the police stations around the police station in Talbiya

And they lied to them where they had already realized their presence and when they reached them the second accused brought the explosive device electronically using a mobile phone with the rest of the defendants at the scene of the crime monitoring the way as described in the investigations.

B – They proceeded to kill the victim Osama Muhammad Kamal Najib – police presenter of the General Directorate of Central Security – and the accompanying force – named by the investigations – and Hind Mohamed Hanafi intentionally with premeditation and surveillance

That they intend to kill the police forces in charge of securing the vicinity of the research underground and those who happen to be citizens, and prepare for that purpose the explosive device described in the description of the charge (VI / A)

They hid them near the places of concentration of police forces in the vicinity of the station above the statement and ambushed them where they had already realized their presence and when they reached them until the second accused brought the explosive device electronically with the rest of the defendants at the scene of the crime,

They caused the explosion with the intention of killing their lives and causing the injuries described in the medical reports

The impact of the crime has been disappointed against their will, this was because of aiding the wounded and bringing them to the treatment and to save others from the deadly explosion,

The crime was committed for the purpose of terrorism as described in the investigations.

C – deliberately sabotaged public property dedicated to government interests by blowing up the explosive devices. The statement was made around the area of al Bohoth Subway Station and the Talbiya Police Department. They blew up the cars owned by the Ministry of Interior. The crime was committed in order to terrorize the people and cause chaos.

They used explosive devices that would endanger people’s lives by detonating the explosive devices as the statement was made by the vicinity of al Bohoth underground station and the Talbiya police station. The explosion resulted in the death of the victims Hani Nashaat Ali Yusuf and Ashraf Fathallah Sadi and endangering the lives of the above-mentioned victims as described in the investigations. .

F- Use the explosives in a manner that would endanger the properties of others by detonating the explosive devices as the statement was made. The explosion caused damage to fixed and movable proprties as described in the investigations.

Seventh: The ninth defendant also:

Participated in a way with the accused from the first to the fifth and the tenth in the commission of crimes of murder and attempted murder and intentional sabotage and the use of explosives – the subject of the accusation contained in item VI –

By providing them with the electric circuits used in the explosive devices, as the statement indicated, and the crimes were committed on the basis of that assistance as described in the investigations.

Eighth:

The fourth, fifth and seventh defendants also:

(A) They were deliberately killed with premeditated surveillance by Ahmed Zaki Latif, a police officer in the Central Security Sector,

With full intention determined to kill him and Mahmoud Abdel Salam Salem and Mahmoud Khairy Jaballah – recruits in the Central Security Forces –

In order to implement this plan, they prepared a highly explosive device connected to an electronic circuit to detonate it remotely. The fourth defendant hid it and attached it to a piece of magnet metal underneath the car belonging to the victim.

And hit them where they had already realized their presence and when they arrived and boarded their car the fifth accused brought the explosive device electronically using a mobile phone with the presence of the seventh defendant in the crime scene to monitor and ensure that it is free of any security concentrations,

They caused the explosion with the intention of killing them. They brought the above mentioned casualties to the injured person described in the autopsy report, which ended his life. The crime was committed in order to carry out the terrorist purpose as described in the investigations.

B- Committed to kill the victims Mahmoud El Sayed Abdel Salam Salem and Mahmoud Khairy Gaballah – conscripted by the Central Security Forces – deliberately and on purpose.

That they had determined and intended to kill them and prepared for that purpose the explosive device described as the previous charge and the fourth defendant hidden and paste with a piece of metal magnet under the car as shown

And took the place where they had already realized the presence of them and when they arrived to them and took possession of the car accompanied by the aforementioned victim until the fifth accused brought the package stated above electronically with the presence of the seventh defendant in the crime scene to monitor and ensure that it is free of any security concentrations,

They caused the explosion with the intention of killing them and causing the injuries described in the medical reports

However, the impact of the crime was lost because of their involuntary involvement but because of the treatment of the wounded and the crime was committed for the purpose of terrorism as described in the investigations.

Ninth:

The first and second defendants also:

Participated in ways of incitement, agreement and assistance with the fourth, fifth and seventh defendants in the commission of crimes of murder and attempted murder, intentional sabotage and the use of explosives.

X. The fourth and seventh defendants also:

A – deliberately killed with premeditated murder of the victim Mohammed Jamal Mamoun – a police pioneer in Giza Traffic Department – with full intention  determined to kill the police forces existing in traffic section of Lebanon Square.
