Verdict Text:

The court ruled in attendance of the defendants from the 1st to 11th and 13th, 14th, 17th, 18th, and from the 21st to 24th and in absentia of the rest as follows:

First:

to punish each of the following defendants: 1st, 2nd and from the 3rd to 9th and from the 12th to the 16th and from the 19th to the 21st and from the 23rd to the 25th with three years imprisonment in effect and the criminal expenses

Second: to punish the 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, and 22nd with fining each of them of an amount of 30 thousands L.E. and the criminal expenses

Third: in the civil suit filed by the judge the Head of the Judges Club of Egypt in his capacity to oblige the convicted except the 10th and the 17th to pay one million Egyptian pounds as a temporary compensation and obliged them to pay expenses and an amount of 500 L.E. as attorney fees.

Fourth: in the civil suit filed by the judge Ali Mohamed Ahmed al Nemr to oblige the convicted no. 23 to pay one million L.E. as a temporary compensation and obliged him to pay the expenses and an amount of 500 L.E. as attorney fees

Fifth:

confiscation of seizures
