Verdict Text:<\/span><\/p>\n

The court ruled in attendance of the defendants from the 1<\/span>st<\/sup><\/span> to 11<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and 13<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 14<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 17<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 18<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, and from the 21<\/span>st<\/sup><\/span> to 24<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and in absentia of the rest as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

First:<\/span><\/p>\n

to punish each of the following defendants: 1<\/span>st<\/sup><\/span>, 2<\/span>nd<\/sup><\/span> and from the 3<\/span>rd<\/sup><\/span> to 9<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and from the 12<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> to the 16<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and from the 19<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> to the 21<\/span>st<\/sup><\/span> and from the 23<\/span>rd<\/sup><\/span> to the 25<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> with three years imprisonment in effect and the criminal expenses<\/span><\/p>\n

Second: to punish the 10<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 11<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 17<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 18<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, and 22<\/span>nd<\/sup><\/span> with fining each of them of an amount of 30 thousands L.E. and the criminal expenses <\/span><\/p>\n

Third: in the civil suit filed by the judge the Head of the Judges Club of Egypt in his capacity to oblige the convicted except the 10<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and the 17<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> to pay one million Egyptian pounds as a temporary compensation and obliged them to pay expenses and an amount of 500 L.E. as attorney fees.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fourth: in the civil suit filed by the judge Ali Mohamed Ahmed al Nemr to oblige the convicted no. 23 to pay one million L.E. as a temporary compensation and obliged him to pay the expenses and an amount of 500 L.E. as attorney fees <\/span><\/p>\n
