Verdict Text:<\/span><\/p>\n

The court ruled as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

in the attendance of the first to the 11<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and the 13<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 16<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and 18<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and in absentia of the rest<\/span><\/p>\n

First: to punish each of the following defendants: 1<\/span>st<\/sup><\/span>, 3<\/span>rd<\/sup><\/span>, 4<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 5<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 6<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, and 13<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> with five years imprisonment and fine each of them with 1000 L.E. for the accusation of acquisition and possession firearms and ammunitions and obliged them to pay the criminal expenses and their acquittal from the the rest of the accusations <\/span><\/p>\n

Second: to punish each of the following defendants: 8<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 10<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and 16<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> of aggravated imprisonment for 5 years and fining them with 1000 L.E. for the accusation of acquisition and possession firearms and ammunitions and obliged them to pay the criminal expenses and their acquittal from the rest of the accusations <\/span><\/p>\n

Third: to punish the following defendants: 12<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 14<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 15<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> 17<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and from the 19<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> to the last with life sentence and fining each of them with 3000 L.E. and obliged them to pay criminal expenses<\/span><\/p>\n

Fourth:<\/span><\/p>\n

to punish the 11<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> defendant with two years imprisonment in effect and fining him with 1000 L.E for the accusation of acquisition and possession of firearms and ammunitions and his acquittal from the rest of the accusations<\/span><\/p>\n

Fifth: the acquittal of each of the following: the 2<\/span>nd<\/sup><\/span>, 7<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>, 9<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> and 18<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> from all accusations <\/span><\/p>\n
