Verdict Text:<\/p>\n

The court ruled in the attendance of all defendants except the seventh as follows:<\/p>\n

First: punishing Amin Sameh Samir Fahmi of aggravated imprisonment for 15 years and isolating him from his job for the second and third accusation and his acquittal of the first accusation<\/p>\n

Second: to punish the following defendants: Hassan Mohamed Mohamed Aql, Mahmoud Latif Mahmoud Amer, Ismail Hamed Ismail Karara with Aggravated imprisonment for 7 years and isolating him from their jobs<\/p>\n

Third: to punish the defendant Mohamed Ibrahim Youssef Tawila Aggravated imprisonment for 10 years and isolating him from his job<\/p>\n

Fourth: to punish the defendant Ibrahim Saleh Mahmoud Aggravated imprisonment for 3 years and isolating him from his job<\/p>\n

Fifth: to punish the defendant Hussein Kamal Al Din Ibrahim Salem Aggravated imprisonment for 15 years<\/p>\n

Sixth: to fine all the defendants in solidarity with an amount of two billions and three millions and three hundred and ninteen thousands and seventy five $ evaluated with the Egyptian currency dated 31-1-2011 and obliged them in solidarity to return an amount of four hundred and ninety nine millions and three hundred and sixty two thousands and ninety eight $ and 50 cents evaluated with Egyptian currency dated 31-1-2011<\/p>\n

Seventh: oblige the convicted with criminal expenses<\/p>\n

eighth: rejection of all civil suits and obliged the prosecutors to pay all its expenses including attorney fees.<\/p>\n
