First Verdict Text:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The court ruled in attendance of the first two defendants and in absentia of the third defendant as follows:<\/p>\n

First: to Punish the first defendant with aggravated imprisonment for three years and returning an amount of 14,092,412 L.E. and 10,861,748 L.E. and fining him of an amount equal to the two<\/p>\n

mentioned amounts<\/p>\n

Second: to punish the second and third defendants of one year imprisonment in effect and obliging the second defendant to return an amount of 2274,535 L.E. and a fine equal to the mentioned amount and to oblige the third defendant to return an amount of 7,989.700 and a fine equal to the mentioned amount as for the accusations set against them. The court ordered to suspend the penalty ruled in total suspension for any penalty follows and all the criminal results derived from the verdict<\/p>\n

Third: the referral of the civil suits to the competent civil court and it is up to the civil court to determine expenses<\/p>\n
