First Verdict Text:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The court ruled in attendance of\u00a0 the following defendants: 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th and in absentia of the third, sixth and seventh the following<\/p>\n

First: to\u00a0 punish the first and second defendant with aggravated imprisonment for 10 years, and to punish the fifth with aggravated imprisonment for three years and to punish the third, sixth and seventh with imprisonment for 15 years<\/p>\n

Second: to oblige them in solidarity to pay an amount of 769,086,349 L.E. and to fine them with an equal amount for the accusations attributed to them and to isolate them from their jobs for the first to the fifth except for the forth<\/p>\n

Third: the acquittal of the fourth defendant<\/p>\n

Fourth: the referral of the civil suit to a the compentent civil court wihtout expenses filed by the Minister of Agriculture<\/p>\n
