The court ruled:<\/p>\n

First: in absentia of the first, the third, the fourth, the fifth and from the seventh to the 17th<\/sup> and from the 19th<\/sup> to the 22nd<\/sup> and from 24th<\/sup> to the 29th<\/sup> with aggravated imprisonment for ten years and fining each of them with 5000 L.E. and subjecting each of them under police surveillance for five years and obliging them to pay expenses.<\/p>\n

Second: In attendance of the second and the sixth defendants to be imprisoned for 3 years and fining each of them with 5000 L.E. and subjecting each of them under police surveillance for a period equal to the penalty period starting from the end of the penalty and obliging them to pay expenses<\/p>\n

Third: the acquittal of the 18th<\/sup> and the 28th<\/sup> defendants from all charges attributed to them<\/p>\n
