The court ruled as follows:

First: to reject the defense concerning the non constitutionality of the articles no. 7, 8, 19, 21 of the decision of law 107 year 2013 for it is not serious

Second: to punish the defendants with three years imprisonment in effect and ordered to subject them under police surveillance for a period equal to the penalty for the crimes referred to in items no. three, four, five and six for their connection

Third: to fine each defendant of an amount of fifty thousands L.E. for the crimes referred to in items no. one, two and seven for their connection

Fourth: to oblige them to pay criminal expenses
