Verdict Text:
The court ruled in the attendance of the 2nd, 3rd,, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, and in absentia of the 1st, 7th, and 8th, as follows
First:
To punish the first defendant of life sentence and subject him under the police surveillance after the termination of the penalty for five years and to dissolve the group which he founded named as “Moshtaq al Atrbi Cell” and obliged him to pay the criminal expenses
Second:
To punish each of the following defendants: second, seventh, and eighth with aggravated imprisonment for ten years and subjecting them under the police surveillance after the termination of the penalty period for five years and obliged them to pay the criminal expenses
Third:
The acquittal of each of the following defendants: from the third to the sixth and the ninth and tenth
Fourth:
the confiscation of the seized equipments
