Verdict text: The court ruled of the acceptance of the lawsuit in form and before considering the request of the suspension and cancellation the appealed decision to suspend the lawsuit and the referral of the file without fees to the Supreme Constitutional Court to judge about the constitutionality of the article 102 of the Police Law issued by a presidential decision in law no. 109 year 1971 and the article (1/third) and the article (2) of the decision of the Minister of Interior Affairs no. 156 year 1964 in organizing usage of firearms which included in these articles and allowing the police to disperse demonstrations by using firearms and shooting demonstrators
