The court ruled in absentia of the second and the 38th and in the attendance of the rest of the defendants of aggravated imprisonment for 15 years and fining each of them with 20 thousands L.E. and subjecting them to surveillance for a period equal to the penalty with confiscation of seizures and rejecting the civil suit for the second defendant who is underage, obliging them to pay an amount of 24,750 L.E. the value of the destruction affected the underground company and to pay an amount of 10,001 L.E. in solidarity with the Freedom and Justice party as a temporary compensation for the underground company and to pay the expenses of the two criminal and civil suits except for the second defendant
