First: Termination of the criminal suit against the fourth and sixth defendants for their death

Second: punishing the defendants 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of Aggravated imprisonment for 7 years and obliging them to return 195, 936,307 L.E. in solidarity and fining them an equal amount
Third: punishing the fifth and seventh to the 11th of Aggravated imprisonment for 5 years
Fourth: punishing the 12th and 13th of Aggravated imprisonment for 3 years
Fifth: obliging the defendants, 1st, 3rd, 5th 7th, 8th, 9th 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th to return an amount of 529,,491,389 L.E. and fining them of an equal amount
