Verdict Text:
The court ruled in the attendance of the following defendants: from the 11th to 14th, the 19th, from 26th to the 29th, 33rd, 35th, 36th, 40th, 41st, 43rd and in absentia for the rest defendants:
First: Punishing each of the following defendants: from the first to the tenth, from the 15th to 18th, from the 20th to 25th and defendants no. 30, 32, 34, 37 38, 39, 42 with five years imprisonment and a fine of 1000 L.E.
Second: Punishing each of the following defendants no.s 19, 31, 33, 40, 43 of two years imprisonment and a fine of 1000 L.E.
Third: Punishing each of the following defendants no.s from the 11th to the 14th and from 26th to 29th and no.s 35, 36 and 41 of one year imprisonment and a fine of 1000 L.E. and the court ordered to suspend the imprisonment penalty for three years starting from the date of the verdict issuance
Fourth: dissolving the headquarters of the International Republican Institution, National Democratic Intstitution, Freedom House, International Centre of Journalists and Konrad Adenauer and the closer of its offices and the confiscation of their finances, properties, equipments, papers and all seized elements in these offices and obliged all the defendants to pay the criminal expenses
Fifth: rejecting the civil suits and obliging the civil prosecutors to pay the expenses and an amount of 200 L.E. as attorney fees
