Verdict Text:

The court ruled in attendance of all defendants:

of punishing each of the following defendants: from the 19th to the 33rd to be imprisoned for five years

and

punishing each of the following defendants: 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th, and seventh of imprisonment for one year in effect

and punishing the following defendants: 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 35th and 36th of six months imprisonment in effect for the second accusation and ordered to suspend the penalty for three years starting from the issuance of the verdict and their acquittal of the first and the third accusation

and

the refusal of considering the law suit for it was pursued in a way contrary to the legal path concerning the 17th soldier Mahmoud Ahmed Ali Ahmed with the referral of the case to the military  prosecution to proceed its measures, and of the non competence of the military court to consider the law suit concerning the fourth and the 30th with referral it to the military prosecution to proceed its measures and to keep the law suit pending concerning each of the first, second, third and fourth

The court estimated 500 pounds of attorney’s fees for each of the defense lawyers.
