The court ruled:
first: the termination of the criminal suit concerning the defendant Gomaa Ali Ali Hemida for his death and the confiscation of the seized gunfire and white weapons
Second: in absentia to punish Mostafa Abu Al Hoda Mohamed Mostafa to be imprisoned for three years in effect and obliged him to pay criminal expenses
Third: In attendance and in absentia of the acquittal of the rest of the defendants
