First:

In the unanimous opinion of all the judges of the Court, Ahmad Ali Abdo Afifi, Mohamed Adel Hamid Kilani, Ahmed Ismail Thabet Ismail, Asma Mohammed Khatib, Alaa Omar Mohammed Sablan, Ibrahim Mohammed Hilal were sentenced to death by hanging for what they accused of

 

Second:

Mohammed Mohamed Morsi Issa Al Ayat, Ahmed Mohamed Mohamed Abdel Ati, Amine Abdelhamid Amin El Serifi was sentenced to life imprisonment for the charge of leading a terrorist group

 

Third:

(Amin) Abdul Hamid Amin Al-Sarifi (third), Karima Amin Abdul Hamid Amin (eighth) to 15 years imprisonment for the accusations the first accused on charges of misappropriation of papers related to state security,

 

To participate in a criminal agreement and accusations against the third and eighth of concealing documents and documents relating to State security and participating in a criminal agreement.

 

Fourthly:

To punish the accused Khaled Hamdi Abdul Wahab Ahmad Radwan imprisonment for 15 years and fined $ 10,000 for the accusation of the request for funds from a foreign country.

 

Fifth:

Ahmad Ali Abdo Afifi (fourth), Khaled Hamad Abdul Wahab Ahmad Radwan (fifth), Mohammed Adel Hamid Kilani (sixth), Karima Amin Abdul Hamid (eighth), Asma Mohammed Khatib (ninth), Alaa Omar Mohammed Sablan 10) Ibrahim Mohammed Hilal (11) were sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment for membership in a terrorist group.

The Court sentenced the acquittal of Mohamed Mohamed Morsi Issa Al-Ayyat (first), Ahmed Mohammed Mohammed Abdul Ati (second)

Ameen Abdul-Hamid Amin Al-Sirafi (third), Khaled Hamdi Abdul Wahab Ahmad Radwan (fifth), Mohammed Adel Hamid Kilani (sixth), Ahmed Ismail Thabet Ismail (seventh), Karima Amin Abdul Hamid (eighth) The first defendant was charged with the disclosure of a state secret, and the second defendant for charges of revealing a secret of state secrets, participation in a criminal agreement,

The third defendant is charged with disclosing a secret of state secrets, and the fifth accused of charges of disclosing a secret of state secrets, participation in the crime of communication, disclosure of documents and documents relating to state security, request of funds from a foreign country, membership of a banned group, the eighth accused of obtaining a state secret, and the ninth charge of charging money from a foreign country

Compel the accused in solidarity with the criminal expenses and the confiscation of the seizures.

Not to accept the civil suit filed by lawyer Mohamed Mahmoud El-Gendy and to charge him with expenses and two hundred pounds for the fees of the lawyer.
