First: the acceptance of the lawsuit in form and the suspension of the decision appealed against with all results emerge from this decision and obliged the administrative body to pay expenses this request
Second: Before judging the subject, to suspend and refer the papers of the suit to the constitutional supreme court to judge about the constitutionality of the article 9 of law no. 430 year 1955 to organize the censorship on the cinema tapes
