Verdict text: The court ruled

First: of the acceptance of the interfering of each Hamdi Abdul Hamid Selim and Helmi Abu Al Maati Ibrahim Salam as joining adverses to the prosecutors in the lawsuit

Second: To accept the lawsuit in form and to suspend the appealed decision of not granting the prosecutors and those who interfered an exceptional pension with what results of this as manifested in the reasons and to oblige the administrative body to pay the expenses of the urgent appeal and it ordered to execute the verdict with its draft and without an announcement  and the referral of the law suit to State Commissioners Authority to consider it and prepare a report concerning the legal point of view in the subject
