First: acceptance of the first request concerning the cancellation of the negative decision of abstention of cancellation of the license issued to al Youm Al Sabie website in form and rejecting it in subject, as elaborated in the reasons and obliged the prosecutor to pay expenses
Second: the rejection of the second request concerning the cancellation of the negative decision of abstention of suspension al Youm al Sabie website of the negation of the administrative decision, as elaborated in the reasons, and obliged the administrative body to pay expenses
