Verdict text: The court ruled of the acceptance of the lawsuit in form and the suspension of the decision appealed against of the abstention of taking the legally decided procedures to dismiss broadcasting the channel and disconnecting it for 30 days with revoking the reasons of the violations and the suspension of broadcasting ads showing any of the claimed against the 11th, 12th and 13th and dismissing broadcasting the two channels of Melody and Melody Tricks for one week with what results from this in the way figured in the reasons and obliged the claimed against all of them to pay expenses this request and ordered  to execute the verdict with its draft and the referral of the lawsuit to the State Commissioners Authority to prepare a report concerning the legal point of view.
