The court ruled in absentia of the 10th, 11th, 12th and in the attendance of the rest of
First: Punishing each of Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim Mahmoud, Gomaa Mahmoud Abdul Qader, Mahmoud Abu al Magd, Maher Abdul Azim, Mohamed Ali Abdul Latif and Ashraf Abdul Samad with life sentence and obliging them to pay criminal expenses
Second: Punishing each of Mohamed Wahbi Ismail and Mohamed Ahmed Ali with aggravated imprisonment for three years and obliged them to pay criminal expenses
Third: the confiscation of the firearms, ammunitions, while equipments and materials seized in the official firearm shall be delivered to the owning party.
Fourth: the acquittal of each of Ibrahim Mohamed Saleh, Ahmed Mohamed Mohamed al Gendi, Mohamed Hamza Mohamed, Mohamed al Sayed Ibrahim and Abdul Samad Mahmoud Mohamed al Fiqi
